With "pay on site" services, you book the slot through Pacto and settle the amount directly with the professional at the appointment — calendar, reminders and reviews work the same either way.

Yes. Pacto has an AI assistant on WhatsApp that understands natural language: you type what you need, it finds services and professionals near you, shows available slots and books it right there in the chat. Everything then shows up normally in your calendar on the app and the site.

It is the Pacto short-video feed. Professionals and businesses post real videos of their work, and you watch, like, comment and book straight from the video — every Reel has a button that takes you to the service. For businesses, posting is free and unlimited.

It is the Pacto promotion platform. A business owner sets how much to invest and the ad appears in featured positions in search, on the home page and in Reels nearby, always with the "Sponsored" label. The budget is spent gradually as the ad is shown and clicked, and the campaign can be paused at any time.

The Offers tab gathers promotions from businesses near you: service discounts, special conditions and products. Some businesses also offer an automatic discount on your second booking — the benefit is applied straight at checkout, no coupon needed.

Every booking paid online generates a unique 4-digit code that only the client sees. At the start of the appointment the client gives the code and the professional types it into the app — that proves the service happened and releases the payment. It protects both sides: nobody gets paid without delivering, and nobody delivers without a record.

For clients, Pacto is free: searching, booking and reviewing cost nothing. Creating an account, listing services and posting Reels is also free for professionals and businesses — the platform charges a fee only on payments processed online, shown transparently in the app. Services settled on site have no processing fee.

Your commission is agreed with the business. For services paid online it lands in your Pacto digital wallet and you withdraw it to your bank account. For services paid on site you settle directly with the business — and the app shows both amounts separately in your statement, for full control.

Turn on advertiser mode for free in your account, add your services with photos and prices through a step-by-step wizard, link your team members (each with their own commission) and set the opening hours. You can take online bookings, record walk-in services and validate each one with the client code.

Pacto has clear rules: cancellations more than 24 hours ahead get a full refund; if the client does not show up, the amount compensates the professional for the lost slot; and if the professional fails to show, the client gets 100% back and the provider takes a reputation hit. Special cases are mediated by support.
